Case of the prosecution is that, on 07.01.2025, on receipt of credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police along with his staff and mediators rushed to Kanaka Durga Temple, outskirts of Donkarai Village, and caught A3 in possession of 2Kgs of liquid GanJ®a. The contraband along with other materl'al was seized under the cover of Mediators Report. •SE iE 2 I. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that basing On the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner herein is arrayed as accused in the present crime. Except the confessional statement, no other material is collected showing the complicity of the petitioner in the present crime. Moreover, the petitioner herein was arrested on 18.01.2025 and since then he has been in judicial custody. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed to grant bail on the ground that investigation in the present is not completed. lt is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has permanent abode and there is no possibility of his fleeing away from the Jurisdiction of the Court. lt is submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the petitioner herein has nO previous crime record. 5. ln view of the facts and circumstances Of the Case, Since the petitioner herein is arrayed as accused basing on the confessional statement of co-accused, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein/A1, on the following conditions. i. The petitioner herein/Al shall be released on executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) .--,-,- eL-i-t-3a 3 i with one surety for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, RaJ-amahendraVaram. ii. On release, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a fortnight i.e., on lst and 15th of every month between 10.00 AM and O1.00 PM., for a period of three (3) months. iii. The petitioner is directed not to hamper the investigation and tamper with the prosecution witnesses. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. sD/- K.
