As per the police report, Km. Shivani- the corpus, has been handed over to respondent no.4. It is further acknowledged that respondent no.4 has entered into a marriage with petitioner no.1. 3. Upon due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that the petitioners have not made out any case warranting interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. In the absence of any, prima facie, violation of legal or constitutional rights, no grounds are made out for the exercise of extraordinary writ jurisdiction. 5. The instant writ petition is devoid of merit, and is accordingly, dismissed.
