Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:17799-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 2666 of 2025 Petitioner :- Chandra Pal Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Deptt. Lko And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ram Kumar Verma Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mohan Singh Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. 1. Heard. 2. The petitioner claims to have a declaratory decree under Section 229B of the U.P.Z.A&L.R. Act, 1950 and seeks its implementation in the form of recording of his name in the revenue records based on the said decree. 3. However, learned Standing Counsel says that the Gaon Sabha has preferred a revision which is pending though there is no interim order. He says that the decree is executable, but, we express no opinion on his statement. 4. The petitioner may avail the remedies as may be prescribed. It would not be proper for us to interfere in the matter at this stage when the revision is pending, but, this is without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to get the order implemented, if there is no impediment. 5. The petition is disposed of. [Om Prakash Shukla, J.] [Rajan Roy, J.] Order Date :- 28.3.2025 Santosh/- Digitally signed by :- SANTOSH KUMAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
