The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that no orders were passed on the application dated 07.03.2025 filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act despite there being an extreme urgency. 3. Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions and the documents, states that only a letter has been issued and no recovery certificate has been issued as till date, against the petitioner. 4. In view thereof, coupled with the undertaking by the respondents that they would appear before the trial court for adjudication of the Section 9 application, the present petition is disposed off directing the Presiding Officer Commercial Court No.1 to decide the Section 9 Application positively within a period of one week from today. 5. Both the parties shall present before the Commercial Court on 20.03.2025. The Commercial Court shall endevour to pass orders on the Section 9 Application on the same day itself.
