The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(1) To direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), South, Court No. 24, Sultanpur to decide the Original Suit No. 534/2021 (MS), (Pradeep Kumar Singh Vs. Smt. Sarita Devi & others) alongwith application for temporary injunction filed under Order 39, Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. within stipulated period as it may be directed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending injunction application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
