This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to grant emergent parole to the petitioner as his wife is critically ill. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Union of India submits that the application is to be dealt with by the Central Government [2025:RJ-JP:16719-DB] (2 of 2) [CRLW-392/2025] as the petitioner is convicted under the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1987. 3. This petition is disposed of with direction that the State shall send the report latest by 24.04.2025 and the respondent No.3 shall decide the application by 29.04.2025. 4. Needless to say, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law if aggrieved of the decision. 5.
