The petitioner alleges utilization of his land by opposite party no. 3, but, its counsel Shri Ratnesh Chandra says that notification under Section 32 has already been published but award has not been rendered as yet. He says that till the award is rendered possession can not be taken. We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction that opposite party no. 3 and its officials shall not enter the land of the petitioner unless and until the award is rendered and the stage for taking the possession is reached as per law.
