The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue, a order or direction to the opp. Party no.1, i. e. Additional Civil Judge, (S.D.), 1st, District Gonda, to decide the Regular suit no. 510 of 2004, for cancelation of the will deed & declation suit, filed by mother of the petitioners/petitioners, on dated 07-12-2004, Smt. Paraga & another -Vs- Smt. Mala Devi, against the opp. party no.2, which is pending before him, with in some stipulated time, which is fixed by this Hon, ble court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
