(3) Learned State Counsel submits that application has been made by the petitioner before a wrong forum, therefore petitioner is not entitled to any relief, as prayed by him. (4)
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will make application before the appropriate forum. (5) Accordingly, writ petition is
disposed of by providing that if petitioner makes application under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act within one week from today, competent authority shall examine the same and pass appropriate order, as per law, within six months from the date of receipt of such application.
