Balvir Singh, pending before the aforesaid authority since the year 2020, as expeditiously as possible, in the interest of justice, as per law. (II) Issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit & proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. Mr. Girish Chandra Lakhchaura, Advocate, has requested to decide the present writ petition directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Complaint No. 2 of 2020-21, as expeditiously as possible. 3. Mr. Rahul Consul, Advocate, has requested six weeks’ time to decide the said Complaint No.2 of 2020-21. 4. With the consent of both the parties, the present Writ Petition (WPMS No. 163 of 2025) is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to decide the said Complaint as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. 5.
