Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(1) To direct the parties to maintain status quo over the land in question and not to change the nature of the land till the disposal of the temporary injunction application pending in regular suit no. 433 of 2021 Krishna Kumar Maurya versus Satya Narayan and others pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)-IInd Faizabad/Ayodhya." 3. This Court had earlier issued directions for disposal of the injunction application in the light of the administrative circulars, however, the said injunction application has not yet been disposed of. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to decide the injunction application positively within a period of six weeks in accordance with law.
