Mithai Lal and Others, for permanent injunction of gata No. 611 area 0.553 Hectare situated at Village Raipur, Pargana Pargana Aldemau, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur, within a time framed manner, pending since year 2018, within a stipulated period of time, as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. The present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application for early hearing, the trial court shall endeavour to decide the suit in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
