In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite parties no.2 to 5 stands dispensed with. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of mutation application preferred by the petitioner which is said to be pending consideration since year 2014. It has been submitted that all the relevant opposite parties have put in appearance in the aforesaid proceedings. Considering innocuous prayer and in view of the fact that mutation proceedings are merely summary in nature, opposite party no.1, i.e., Tehsildar Tarabganj, District Gonda is directed to decide the mutation case no. T20140830064390 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings, in case there is no other legal impediment. The aforesaid time frame shall be subject to petitioner's cooperation in early disposal of the proceedings. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
