Ranjan Sharma, Judge (Oral) After hearing Learned Senior Counsel for some time and keeping in view the Status Report and bank statements produced before this Court, prima facie accusation against the present bail petitioner is made out. Moreover, the accusation in the instant case originates and leads to an offence involving commercial quantity of contraband. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? - 2 - Nothing has been placed on record before this Court to show that the bail petitioner is not guilty of the accusation as pre-mandated under Section 37(1)(b) of NDPS Act. 2. Faced with this situation, Learned Senior Counsel prays for withdrawing the instant bail petition. 3. Prayer not opposed by Learned State Counsel. 4.
