From the record, it appears that the applicants had induced the informant to invest in their share trading company named ‘Asitek Solutions Company’, assuring returns at the rate of 8% per month initially, and subsequently 12% per month on the investments made. Prima facie, such returns are unrealistic and impossible. 3.
