Record reflects that on earlier occasion also the petitioner was given an opportunity to file substitution application and to take steps upon the respondents, and on Page No.# 4/4 11.12.2024, the petitioner was given one last opportunity to file substitution petition and also to take fresh steps upon the respondents. However, the petitioner failed to comply with the same. Today the petitioner is not even represented. This is a petition filed way back in the year 2016.
