Civil Judge, ( J.D.), District Gonda, to decide the application for temporary injunction order 39 rule 1 & u/s 151 C.P.C. and Regular suit no. 974 of 2023, suit for cancelation of the sale deed & parmanant injunction suit, filed by the petitioner, on dated 10-04-2023, Smt. Pushpa Devi -Vs- Ganga Ram & others, against the opp. party no.2 to 4, which is pending before him, with in some stipulated time, which is fixed by this Hon,ble court, in the interest of justice." 3.
