Mr. Gireesh Chandra, petitioner in person. Mr. R.S. Bisht, Advocate for the Kumaon University. Heard. On 20.05.2025, this Court had requested Mr. M.K. Ray, Advocate, to assist the Court in the matter. Today, Mr. M.K. Ray, Advocate submits that both these petitions, which have been filed by the petitioner in person, are not properly drafted. Therefore, the petitions may be given a liberty to move a representation to the Vice Chancellor, Kumaon University, with further directions to the Vice Chancellor, Kumaon University, to decide the representation within a stipulated time. Learned counsel for the Kumaon University submits that if the petitioner gives a fresh representation, it shall be decided within 8 weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned counsel for the Kumaon University. Both the writ petition are disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Vice Chancellor of the Kumaon University within two weeks from today, with further directions to the Vice Chancellor of the Kumaon University to take a decision on such representation within a period of eight weeks, thereafter, in accordance with law.
