Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction commanding opposite parties specially opposite party no. 1 i.e. Ld. Civil Judge (Junior Division) Musafirkhana Sultanpur, to decide the interim injunction application paper no. 5C2 under order 39 rule land 2 C.P.C. pending since 12-01-2022 in the aforesaid original suit no. 24/2022 Raj Kumar versus Wazida Bano and others, pending in the court of opposite party no.1 i.e. Learned Civil Judge(Senior Division) room no. 15 Sultanpur within fixed time frame by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
