The petitioner alleges obstruction of some public road by opposite party No.5 and some complaint was made under the Integrated Grievance Redressal System wherein the contention of the petitioner was found to be correct. The petitioner may either approach the Tehsildar under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, if such grievance can be considered by him or the civil court or may avail remedies under the criminal law especially in view of what has been stated in the report of the Lekhpal as this Court cannot adjudicate such issues. 3.
