The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the District Judge, Barabanki to expeditioulsy decide the Civil Revision No. 50/2021, Ram Adhar Vs. Ram Gopal and another, under Section 115 CPC contained with this writ petition as Annexure No. 1 within a stipulated time. " 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending revision with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
