The instant criminal misc. petition has been submitted against the impugned order dated 20.02.2019 passed by the Trial Court by which the application filed by the petitioners under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for summoning the witness has been rejected. 2. Before proceeding further to hear and decide this petition on its merit, this Court deems it just and proper to get the factual report about the current status of the trial. 3. The Trial Court has sent the status report of the trial to the Registrar (Judicial) which indicates that the accused respondent has already been acquitted vide judgment dated 30.07.2019, (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1960/2019] hence under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 4. Dismissed as rendered infrcutuous. 5. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 6.
