The petitioner has challenged Annexure P-1, whereby an order of recovery of excess advance payment made to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.3,18,000/- was passed by the District Education Officer, Bilaspur on 27.06.2015. 3. It appears that no interim order was passed and the amount would have been recovered from account of the petitioner and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even in two rounds too. 4.
