The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue an Order or Direction commanding the Learned Additional Principal Judge (VI) Family court, Lucknow to pass interim order under the Regular suit no. 550/2024 under section 26 of Hindu Marriage Act (Santosh Kumar Yadav Vs. Soni Yadav) and further decide it expeditiously by conducting day to day hearing and decide the earliest as Possible in reasonable time in the interest of Justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the application under section 26 of Hindu Marriage Act with all expedition preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
