The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) To direct the Additional Principal Judge, Room No.3, Family Court, Lucknow to decide the pending Recall Application No. 12 of 2022 "Smt. Archana Singh Vs Jitendra Singh Bhadoriya" filed by petitioner pending before him since 23.08.2022 expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. A copy of the Recall Application alongwith delay application are being filed herewith as Annexure No. 1 to this Petition." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the family court to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
