The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the District Magistrate Sultanpur to decide the stay application pending with case No. D202504680000718 (Sunil Kumar and others versus Chairman Nagar Panchayat Dostpur and others) U/S 30(2) of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006 filed by the petitioner as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble court." Considering the facts as stated, particularly the period of pendency of the stay application, which appears to be pending since February 2025, this petition is disposed of with direction to opposite party no.2/District Magistrate, District Sultanpur, to consider and decide the pending application in issue, quoted in the prayer clause, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
