A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suit has been filed for the relief of declaration of title and recovery of possession. Though the defendants have filed their written statement in the year 2008 itself, the suit is being dragged on by the plaintiff for the past 17 years. 3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, now the plaintiff has filed I.A.No.1 of 2024 to implead the Municipal Commissioner, I.A.No.2 of 2024 for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner and I.A.No.3 of 2024, not to alter the physical features of the suit schedule property. These applications have been filed only to drag on the proceedings. Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.Nos. 1 to 3 of 2024 on or before 31.07.2025, thereafter, the suit in O.S.No.62 of 2008 shall be disposed of on or before 31.12.2025. 5.
