Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 would submit that petition has rendered infructuous on account of the event having passed and also resolution of the issue, which led the respondent holding demonstration.
3. It is stated that the petitioner has not released the salaries and demonstration were held on account of non-release of salary and the issue having been resolved, petition does not survive for consideration.
4. Learned Deputy Advocate General for the State would also confirm the same.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
