The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 773/2024 arising out of Argora P.S. Case No. 182/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2409/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 309(6), 103/3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 25(1- B)(a), 35, 26(1)/35, 27/35 & 26 of the Arms Act subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 309, 103/3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-XIII, Ranchi. 3. It is alleged that petitioner alongwith co-accused persons have robbed the informant. It is further alleged that co-accused had fired at the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4.
