PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioners / Accused Nos.2 to 5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.171 of 2018 on the file of the 2 Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Madakasira, for the offences under Sections 120, 192, 197, 198, 200, 295 and 296 read with 34 IPC. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the matter has come up for arguments before the trial Court. Learned counsel would further submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners before the trial Court. 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners.
