Shri Deepanshu Dass, learned counsel appearing for the Union of India says that petitioner has been called to consider his representation in compliance of observations/directions contained in Para 13 of the order dated 17.08.2023 rendered in Writ - C No. 30307 of 2021 which was filed by Vivek Kesarwani in his own name, but, the petitioner is not appearing. 6. Let the petitioner appear before the opposite party no. 3 who may consider the claim as per law. 7. If the petitioner's authorized representative appears before the opposite party no. 3 within a period of 15 days from today, the said officer shall take a decision in the matter as per law within a period of next six weeks. 8. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 9.
