Order or Direction. more particularly, a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in issuing temporary out of contract orders, dated 18.03.2025, bearing reference number in RC.No.139/ HRM/MEMO/2023, and set aside the same, as unjust, illegal, arbitrary, improper and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass….” 2 CGR, J. W.P.No.8872 of 2025 2. Heard Sri Varun Byreddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for 1st respondent; and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 6. 3. Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 6, on instructions, would submit that petitioner has been issued notice, dated 02.04.2025, calling upon him to attend the hearing scheduled to be held on 11.04.2025, in the process of enquiry and that 4th respondent will conclude the enquiry within a reasonable time. 4. Sri Varun Byreddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not refute the aspect of the petitioner being called upon to attend the hearing. 5. As the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.139/HRM/ MEMO/2023, dated 18.03.2025, in which petitioner has submitted his explanation and enquiry is pending, are now being decided on merits, this Court is not inclined to examine the merits of the matter. 6. In view of the submissions made above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conclude the enquiry within 3 CGR, J. W.P.No.8872 of 2025 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate speaking orders in accordance with law. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
