Learned counsel for the complainant namely, Ms. Waikom Geetarani, Mr. Lungmi Ragui, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and also for respondent No.4 namely, Mr. L. Raju are also present before the court physically. However, learned senior counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3 namely, Mr. CH. Ngongo is present before the court through video conferencing. Whereas the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 in this matter submitting that and also seeking for closing of the contempt petition keeping in view the aforesaid order rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 28.04.2025 rendered in Special Leave to Appeal(C)No.10737 of 2025. However, the learned counsel for the complainant in this matter also submitting that this contempt proceeding may be closed. Therefore, keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for the complainant as wells as the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, it is deemed appropriate to pass some suitable order that this contempt petition does not survive for consideration.
