This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to 3 to ensure the removal of illegal encroachment by the opposite party no.4 to 6 from the public way Gata No.558, recorded as Chakmarg in the revenue record, situate at Village Kalyanpur Maurha Tehsil Sadar Pratapgarh District Pratapgarh contained as Annexure No.3." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of moving an appropriate application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to initiate proceeding under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which shall be disposed in accordance with law, within the time stipulated under the Code, 2006.
