The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue an order or direction under Article-227, Constitution of India, 1950 commanding the Opposite Party No. 8 - Learned Court of Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Fast-Track Court, Lucknow to expeditiously decide the proceedings pending before it in respect of Regular Suit No.876 of 2011 (Smt Anju Rastogi and Others Versus Ram Babu (Deceased) and Others), promptly within such time frame as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court in the circumstances." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
