To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) Kunda Pratapgarh to take decision on the application for temporary injunction i.e Application No. 7Ga in Regular Suit No. 910 of 2020 (Smt. Tara Devi and others Vs. Swaminath and others) within stipulated time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
