Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The petitioner, namely, Sri Purna Kanta Mili, son of late Babason Mili has filed this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking bail in Dhemaji Police Station Case No. 74/2025, registered under Section 305 BNS, 2023, wherein, he was arrested on 13.05.2025 and is in custody since then. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that after completion of investigation of the case, Police submitted charge-sheet in said Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 74/2025 on 24.05.2025 vide charge- sheet No. 59/2025. 4) As such, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum for his regular bail in said Dhemaji P.S.
