Petitioner has challenged a notice issued to him under Section 67(2) and 68(5) under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and rules of 2016 made thereunder. He says that his objections are not being taken. 3. We grant ten days' time to the petitioner to submit his objections to the said notice before opposite party no.4 by registered post and also in person i.e. by both modes whereupon the same shall be considered and thereafter proceedings shall held in accordance with law provided they are maintainable. Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel to provide case number to the petitioner. The Tehsildar concerned shall entertain objections of the petitioner. Plea of malafide is kept open for the petitioner to be taken before the Tehsildar and thereafter, if the cause arises before the higher forum including this High Court. 4.
