Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "A. Pass a direction to the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (Senior Division) Unnao to decide the application dated 01-02-2025 (Paper No. C-23), vide Annexure No. 8, filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code for enforcement of the order of temporary injunction dated 14-12-2023 passed in Regular Suit No. 1045 of 2023 (Ramaasre vs Asrarul Hak and another) through police authorities of Police Station Gangaghat and to pass a direction to concerned police officer to stop illegal construction being raised by the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 in violation of the order of injunction dated 14-12-2023, immediately without any further delay." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter is listed on 29th March, 2025. 4. The present petition is disposed of directing the Civil Judge to pass order on the application filed by the petitioner, positively on the next date fixed without adjourning the matter on any ground.
