In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite parties no.2 and 3 is dispensed with. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of recall application dated 12.12.2023 preferred by petitioner in mutation proceedings under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It is submitted that despite notice having been issued and objections having also been filed by one of the opposite parties, proceedings are pending. Considering innocuous prayer being made, opposite party no.1, i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Alapur, District Ambedkar Nagar is directed to decide the recall application dated 12.12.2023 filed in case no.3174/2021 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings of the case, in case there is no other legal impediment. The aforesaid time frame shall be subject to petitioner's cooperation in early disposal of the proceedings. With the aforesaid directions the petition stands disposed of.
