Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) Ambedkar Nagar to expeditiously decide the application for Survey Commission paper No.35 Ga2 dated 2.7.2021 filed in Suit for Permanent Injunction bearing No.765 of 2017 (Daya Ram Versus Moti Lal & Others) pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ambedkar Nagar, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
