The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "I. To direct the opp. party No. 1 i.e. Commissioner Devi Patan Mandal Gonda to decide the objection dated 03.02.2025 filed by petitioner in revision No. 2014/2024 Computerikrit case No. C202408000002014 (Sarju Prasad and others Vs. Shyam Sundar and others) U/S 210 of U.P. Revenue code 2006 pending before him within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble court.in the interest of justice." Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and period of pendency of the case in issue as well as the fact that the petitioner No. 1 is a very old person aged about 87 years, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Authority concerned to consider and decide the objection dated 03.02.2025 filed by petitioner in Revision No. 2014/2024, Computerized Case No. C202408000002014 (Sarju Prasad and others Vs. Shyam Sundar and others) most expeditiously, say within a period of six months from the next date fixed in the case, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
