The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 3 to decide the case No.-04017/2018 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Manager Bhagwan Das Maurya, Mahila Mahaviddyalaya) & case No.-04016/2018 (Gaon Sabha Vs. R.B Maurya Purva Madhyamik Viddyalaya) under section-67 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006 expeditiously, so that the illegal encroachment may be removed as early as possible." 3.
