Expeditiously in the interest of justice the petitioner is continuously suffering due to lingering on of the case." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
