Present application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to respondent no.2 vide order dated 23.08.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.4882 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.460 of 2014, Under Sections 376, 302 IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, P.S. Mitauli, District Kheri. 3. Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that there was material concealment inasmuch as it was recorded that only one witness has been examined, whereas, according to the applicant, not even one witness has been examined so far. 4. The said statement, if accepted, would make a further case for grant of bail as the trial is not proceeding since 2014 and not even one witness has been examined so far. 5. No good ground for cancellation of bail is made out. 6. Present application is accordingly rejected.
