It is brought to the notice of this Court by Ms. D.Gayathri, learned counsel representing Sri Souri Babu Duppati, learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the present petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
