Heard Shri Shailendra Pathak, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for appointment on the post of Anganbari Karyakatri / Assistant in terms of Government Order dated 21.03.2023. 3. It has been submitted that the petitioner has not been called for counseling / verification of documents while other similarly situated persons have been called for documents verification. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed, in case respondent no. 3 - Director Programme Officer, District - Shrawasti is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously within a stipulated period of time. 5. Learned Chief Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. 6. Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh representation within two weeks before respondent no. 3 - Director Programme Officer, District - Shrawasti, who shall consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation. 7. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
