Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. N. Kalita, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 and Mr. S. Chamaria, learned Standing Counsel for the AIIDC representing the respondent No. 4. 2. The present writ petition is filed assailing an action of the Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (AIIDC) in cancelling the lease that was executed in favour of the petitioner inasmuch as the action of the respondent asking the petitioner to vacate the premises. 3. Mr. Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is inclined once again to approach the Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (AIIDC) as well as the General Manager cum Estate Officer, District Industries and Commerce Centre, Sonitpur by filing a representation for consideration of his grievance. Accordingly, Mr. Page No.# 3/3 Mahanta, learned counsel submits that petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition to approach the aforesaid Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (AIIDC) as well as the General Manager cum Estate Officer, District Industries and Commerce Centre, Sonitpur. 4. Prayer stands allowed. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed on withdrawal with a liberty as prayed for. 6.
