Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:16125-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 2513 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ram Phal Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Lko. And 6 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Virendra Kumar Shukla,Ram Narain Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Sharad Tewari Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. The petitioner claims that his land has been purchased for public purpose and relies upon copy of sale deed annexed as Annexure No.1. However, learned Standing counsel says that the document is not signed by the parties. He also invites our attention to Annexure No.10, wherein the grievance raised is that in spite of completing all the formalities, the sale deed is not being got executed from him. On being asked as to where is the registered document, learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out the registered document, but kept on repeating that the sale deed has already been executed. We do not find any proof of execution of any such sale deed. Moreover, the representation (Annexure No.10) is of 27.02.2025 and it does not mention the date of registration of the sale deed. In this view of the matter, we cannot entertain this petition. The petitioner may avail other remedies as may be prescribed under law. The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
