Awas Evam Vikas Parishad Act, 1965 way back on 18.01.2021 as informed by Sri Aditya Nigam, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for U.P. Awas Evam Vikas Parishad. Objections have been filed by the son i.e. petitioners on 14.02.2025. Moreover, on being asked as to what are the objections, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that notice does not disclose the compensation which would be payable to the petitioners. This is not required to be mentioned under Section 29 notice. We do not find any reason to interfere in the matter at this stage. 3.
